Though flexibility is key in gymnastics, instructors also realize that adults often have far less flexibility than a young child would. Therefore, exercises are often modified until flexibility increases.

The benefits of gymnastic classes can be further amplified by maintaining a healthy diet that is free of processed, genetically modified “food-like” products, but instead includes fresh, minimally processed, nutrient-rich foods.
